What is FibraHotel?

FibraHotel is a Mexican trust created mainly to develop, acquire, own and operate hotels in Mexico. Our goal is to provide attractive returns to our CBFI holders, through cash distributions and appreciation of the value of our real estate. In addition, we have a portfolio of high-quality hotels, through affiliation with different prestigious brands and operators, as well as geographic and segment diversification.
FibraHotel has 86 hotels, in 26 states of the Mexican republic, totaling 12,558 rooms.

MISION

Develop, acquire and own hotels in Mexico that generate attractive returns through the efficient operation of a high-quality and geographically diversified portfolio of hotels, affiliated with different brands and recognized operators.

VISION

To be the largest hotel owner in Mexico that, in turn, provides attractive returns to third parties through cash distributions and the appreciation of the portfolio value.

Our objetive

Generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for Holders of our CBFIs mainly through distributions and capital appreciation of the CBFI itself. We intend to achieve this objective through the ownership, expansion and effective operation of a portfolio of high-quality hotels, of different brands and geographically diversified throughout Mexico, operated by various independent prestigious Hotel Operating Companies.

Business Model

FibraHotel has a unique platform to work with hotel operators and leading brands in the different segments of the business hotel market. This open architecture policy allows us to partner with the hotel operating company and the hotel brand that is most convenient for each hotel and circumstance. Additionally, our operating contracts have a unique scheme in which we pay predominantly variable commissions based on gross operating profit, which aligns our interests with those of hotel operating companies.
We believe that our management team has developed a strong business model and an efficient operating platform that will allow us to continue developing our businesses and achieve attractive returns on invested capital. Our hotels have been developed based on architectural plans that sought to maximize the use of income generating spaces and minimize both construction costs and operating expenses.
Our platform also emphasizes rigorous asset management, which improves our operating performance. As a result of the foregoing, we believe that we have developed an efficient operating model that provides substantial operating leverage in a variety of market conditions and cycles.
