Holders Assembly

The Holders' Assembly constitutes the highest decision-making body in relation to the trust, which usually meets once a year, including among its responsibilities the approval of the financial statements

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee, in accordance with the Trust Agreement, authorizes the issuance of CBFIs, approves the main financial and portfolio operations (investments, acquisitions, disposals, sales and divestments) and designates the Advisor, among its main functions. It also focuses on the supervision and management of the FIBRA operation, monitoring the performance of the Administrator.

Support committees

The Technical Committee has 3 support Committees: Corporate Practices, Audit and Nominations, with different functions. The designation of its members and respective presidents corresponds to the Technical Committee.

Administrator

The Administrator is in turn responsible for the operation of FIBRA and has a management team that stands out for its knowledge and experience, working in accordance with the strategic guidelines established by the Technical Committee.
